Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to party as the Steve Hensby Band lights up The Sandbar for this high-energy Saturday night session.
Known for their horn-driven sound and genre-defying approach, the band blends funk, soul, ska, world music, psychedelia and folk into an infectious live experience. Regulars on the WA festival circuit, they have built a reputation for dynamic performances that keep audiences dancing from start to finish.
Led by Berklee College of Music graduate and WAM award-winning musician Steve Hensby, the band features some of Perth’s finest players. Hensby has performed with artists including Jackson Browne, Tim Minchin, John Cleary and Steve Poltz.
Expect big grooves, great musicianship and plenty of energy. Tickets are limited and advance booking is recommended.
